Crosschips is the complete opposite of "Crossfit.com", the exercise e-blog that many people rave about. Crosschips exercises your gut & liver through vigorous eating and drinking itinerary that include multiple food items and/or oversized portions. In no way do we promote unhealthy eating habits or inactivity; we are all professionals & train with the likes of Joey Jonathan Chestnut & that one dude.
